At A Glance

This Endacopia walkthrough follows the July 27, 2026 Steam release (not the demo-only Any%). Community footage clocks a clean story route around a couple of hours if you skip fishing/soccer grinds; completion runs stretch much longer. Verified July 28, 2026 · Steam.

The house is nonlinear: walls shift, Tip moves with you, and several bosses have defeat vs avoid achievement forks. Use puzzles / secrets if you only need one softlock.

Act 1 — Bedroom, kitchen & Clocky

Act 1 teaches the click grammar and unlocks the first hallway. Everything starts in Mellow’s bedroom: Clocky on the blue wall, CRT desk, office chair, soccer ball by the stairs, fish plaque, dartboard, red rug.

Endacopia bedroom soccer SCORE UI
  • Do01Spin / interact with the office chair until a vent opens
  • Do02Crawl the vent into the kitchen
  • Do03Hide from Henry, then solve the fridge for cheese
  • Do04Return to bedroom; lure and step the cockroach for two coins
  • Do05Feed Wall Bank (behind the wall drawing) → password Cheshire
  • Do06Plug the PC and run Doors.exe to spawn a door
  • Do07Defeat Clocky in first-person combat
  • Do08Enter the hallway

Bedroom → vent

Interact with the black office chair until a secret vent opens on the right. Climb down. This is the intended Act 1 path — do not softlock yourself hunting every poster first.

Optional: kick the soccer ball here to learn the SCORE / HI-SCORE UI. Footwork Master (100 points) can wait; see how to kick.

Kitchen — hide from Henry, get cheese

The kitchen has a checkered floor, open cabinets, and a fridge covered in magnetic letters (often scrambled like TEH / YES / E). Henry — the yellow pig-snouted figure in the burlap mass — patrols here.

Hide when he is active. Ask Tip (the talking sign) if you are lost: he hints the fridge is “as easy as 1, 2, 3.” Solve the fridge interaction, then pick up the cheese (“OBTAINED THE CHEESE”).

Coins, Wall Bank, Doors.exe, Clocky

Back in the bedroom, use cheese to lure the cockroach. Step on it for two coins. Feed them to the Wall Bank behind the wall drawing — it reveals the password Cheshire (spelling varies in dialogue as Cheshshire; enter Cheshire).

Plug the computer and open Doors.exe (“Choose where to go”). A door appears in the room. Clocky drops from the wall camouflage, says your time is over, and forces a first-person fight with HEALTH / STAMINA bars — block/dodge tells, then punch. Details: Clocky.

Act 2 — Hallway, Surgeon & house expansion

After Clocky, the hallway opens with red brick, hanging lamps, framed art, a DO NOT OPEN door, and Tip relocating with you. Mellow may say “I NEED A TIP, TIP.” — keep asking Tip before spoiling yourself.

Bathroom adventure (plunger + password)

One hallway door leads to the bathroom. Pick up the plunger, use it on the toilet, and meet the red toilet creature who wants an adventure. It asks for a password — give Cheshire when you have it from Wall Bank. Top dialogue options are usually safe for progression.

Entering the password too early (before earning it) is a known meta gag — TV Tropes flags it as “you shouldn’t know this already.” Prefer earning Wall Bank’s reveal first.

Freelance Surgeon behind the walls

Explore wall / vent spaces to meet the Freelance Surgeon — mechanical arms, surgical-lamp head, human mask — who boasts “I’LL SAVE THE WORLD WITH MY PROCEDURES!” He is tied to creating creatures like Clocky. Listen, click props (scissors, globe monitor), and note any limb / pet talk for later secrets.

House expansion — fishing, punch cards, shifting walls

Full release stretches far past the demo bathroom. Expect messages that “the walls have shifted,” new outdoor / pier areas, a fishing mini-game gated by a fishing license, and collectible fish toward I Want To Be A Fisherman.

Side systems seen in release play: punch cards, dice gamblers (Against All Odds), hydration moments (Water Break ×3), and more fist fights. Treat these as completion off-ramps — skip them if you only want a story ending.

Trapezist (trapeze / QTE-adjacent fight) appears as a mid-late set piece. You can fight for Fatal Performance or avoid for Cut The Act — decide before you commit punches. Same pattern later for AI and Chameleon.

Act 3 — Bosses, flags & endings

Act 3 is about optional bosses, secret depth, and ending flags. Steam lists ending trophies Escape, Return, and Stay, plus ultra-rare The Yeti. Exact flag combinations still shift with patches — verify on your build after major updates.

Boss achievement pairs to plan for: Trapezist (Fatal Performance vs Cut The Act), AI (System Override vs Short Circuit), Chameleon (No Strings Attached vs Case Closed). Full list: achievements.

Henry remains a chase / LOS threat in later segments — get indoors when tips say you cannot hide outdoors. Do not invent DPS strategies for chase rooms.

When you are ready for spoilers on ending families, open endings. For Underground lights, Bride darkness, and Wall Bank easter eggs, open secrets.

FAQ

Is this the demo route?

Act 1 through bathroom/Cheshire matches the classic demo spine, but Act 2–3, fishing, Trapezist/AI/Chameleon, and Escape/Return/Stay are full-release.

What is the toilet password?

Cheshire — earned from Wall Bank after feeding it the cockroach coins. Details on the puzzles page.

How long is the full game?

Story-focused clears are often a few hours; completion with fish/soccer/secrets is much longer.

Demo footage wrong?

Trust your live July 2026 build. Demo-era videos can differ in room order and missing late areas.

What else should I keep in mind?

Endacopia rewards patient clicking. When stuck, change one variable: item, verb (right-click), or Tip dialogue — then retest.

Keep a notepad for Cheshire, fishing license state, punch cards, and which boss avoid flags you still need.

Mature-content tags are real: body horror, psychological horror, blood, violence, drugs, jump-scares. Warn anyone watching Underground/Bride material.

Use guides for procedures and wiki for cast lookup mid-run.

If a YouTube “Full Game” upload ends at a mid-run feedback NPC, it is truncated — longer streams (multi-hour) are better for Act 2–3 routing.

Achievement hunters should split kill-boss and avoid-boss saves. Autopiloting every duel bricks Short Circuit / Case Closed / Cut The Act.

Soccer, dice, fishing, and hydration are easy to postpone until credits — then they feel like chores. Sprinkle them between story beats.

Chase rooms belong to pathing and LOS, not inventory experiments. Calm rooms belong to tool puzzles.

Clocky is the combat tutorial. If you skip learning tell → defend → punish, Trapezist/AI/Chameleon feel unfair.

A clean story ending plus a second secrets/completion pass is healthier than forcing 16 trophies on the first boot.
